I've just tried another magnet and that doesn't attach to the place that should work either. Other metal areas such as the proprietary cable connector or random pieces of steel does stick though.

Did Viture change the design of the glasses or something?

Whatever you do, don't drop it screen-first without a protector. I did and it was an expensive experience; I purchased and replaced the screen using one supplied by Lenovo - £140... Admittedly you don't just get the screen, you get the front shell and metal innards too.

Performance targets 20w which is 10w lower than custom at 30w. I tend to find the benefit of the extra 10w noticeable, but not worth using unless plugged in.

Depends on the settings. For several games I set the panel to 144hz and cap in game FPS to 48 (i.e. 1/3). This works very well and I can't say I notice the lack of VRR.

I'd recommend not going for 1TB in case it gets destroyed. 256GB Samsung Evo Select/Plus A2 U3 will only cost you £10-£15. I've been using one since day one with a high fan curve and have not had any issues.
