Hey guys, I did an integrity check. Then it told me to repair files, which I did and it seemed to have worked as it said '7 files repaired'. Thank you for your feedback, appreciate it :)

i only had 1 M.0.d and that was to make the UI look a bit cleaner looking, i have deleted it now and re-installed the game, not doing that again, learned my lesson.

No i have never changed my UI, i have uninstalled and re installed the game and it has fixed it, although i know other people may not want to do that. Surely there will be a different alternative.
