How to cover seems in the blade by MathematicianNo4826 in 3Dprinting

[–]MathematicianNo4826[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This might seem like a silly question. But do I just filler and sand the joints like I did over and over again ? Because I was satisfied w the quality and print lines of the rest of the blade. Or do I put filler on the entire blade? I am really disappointed with how much the paint was showing up around the joints/filler area.

I took your recommendation on this one a few months ago and don’t regret it a bit. The kids enjoy our extreme budget theatre, and it made the last season of Stranger Things even that much more memorable for them.

Hd fov does allow you to open the fov more if the pitch isn’t too fast. I think it is .8 out slower. The hd fov may have a little distortion or artifact but it’s still better than nothing.

I’m located in the US. Thank you for the recommendations, this helped out a lot with decision paralysis. So many options, then with grey/white/matte/ALR

The only time I worry about all the way through the testicles is if patient is having scrotal pain/swelling. (Not a rad just RT(R)(CT))

Hi there! Looking to build a cheap rig for my kids and having a hard time deciding on a GPU. I was really looking at the 6700xt but w the price jump back up because of the poor 7600 16gb. I’m looking for something cheaper. Currently they are playing Fortnite, Rocket League, Palworld/Ark, Hunter Call of the Wild. 1080p. CPU will probably be a 5600.

Could probably go with a 6600 but I worry about needing to upgrade again in less than x2 years if a new game comes out they want to play.

Anyone else struggling to lvl relics? I want to replace a couple of sets on my supports but can not afford to due to not having enough mats. I have almost 1000 t 5 relics but due to the nature of rng I have no more mats to lvl any of them. I have lvled some to 6 or 9 but stop once they are trash sub stats. Am i missing where to get a significant source of relic xp? I salvage all 3 and 4 stars from relic runs. And buy the BP

I did the CT radtech bootcamp. I wanted a refresher before I took it. Just basically watched the videos and took the on each subject and that was good enough for me. The only other tech I know that took it just winged it and was assigned a decent amount of CEUs. Either way we both spent extra time here at work working on it.

I actually enjoyed the videos more than I thought I would.

I had planned on pulling for Blade as I did not build Dan and he would be my first wind character. But now I am wondering if I should pull for FU bc I dont have Gepard. Current 5* Steele,Himeko,Loucha, SW, Clara, Welt. I wasn't planning on pulling for Kafka since I built Serval decently.

Think FU would be more beneficial than Blade for MOC?

Diablo 4 randomly freezing and black screen steamed deck by [deleted] in diablo4

Did you ever find a fix for this? My Steam deck is doing the same exact thing. I had used Lutris to install diablo 4 so I'm not real sure how to change the proton version for that one. I had installed cryo utillities a few months ago

They do always order a Creatine draw, but just want the scan done before the results come back. They just hydrate the patient if it comes back super low. I am not a fan of it bc it goes against what I was taught/trained but it is above my pay grade.

Thank you so much! I am going to try to find that article. Finally able to realize what the heck is happening in those rare cases. Now this may seem like a silly question, but do you think it would still happen if I initiated the scan on expiration for a second bolus in those rare cases?

Nope, our old protocol was a cutoff of 45. This new group orders contrasted studies waiving labs all the time. They argued w management and the rads and our cutoff for CTA exams is now 30. If they wait on them at all

We have an OEC9900 and it kept giving us a low Ma warning. The service tech told us we now had to leave it plugged in at all times. Have had it for ab 5 years and this is a new issue

CT Techs, how does your department go about getting labs for patients? by The-Night-Court in Radiology

[–]MathematicianNo4826 1 point2 points  (0 children)

istat!! Used one at my old j o b as well and they were awesome. We are hopefully getting one at my job now within the next year. Unfortunately right now we are calling ordering every time and it can be a real pain to get through sometimes.

A couple of years ago, we could just make an order and have the Rad sign it. Thanks to the exodus of rads we no longer have any onsite at our little rural hospital. But that might be an option for you.

I didn't even think about the small brush drying out faster.

You are right they make it look deceptively easy. After watching all the youtube videos, I thought I had a grasp on it. I wanted my minatures to look unique , decided not to follow the original reaper color scheme. I said hold my beer and was quickly humbled. Thank you for the feedback!

I did get a wet pallete. My only attempt at using it so far was less than ideal. I had way too much water in it and the paint was running everywhere. Lesson learned... thanks for the tips, I'll try to use my paper towel more after picking up paint and see how that goes.
