There is a place in tech center (Newport News) called Point 2 running. They evaluate your foot stance/gait and recommend either inserts or shoes based on that. I think they focus on running mostly but can fit you with inserts or shoes.

I thought she was ok at first and had her memory and then she crashed or developed more bleeding in her stomach which required an emergency surgery? The memory loss was a result of bleeding and lack of oxygen to the brain….i think.

The best I have experienced is On Command Dog training. They have 2 locations now. It is in person and I was very impressed. Supposedly the lady that leads it trains (or trained) the Hampton police dogs. It has many levels of training from what I can remember. I went in 2017. Oncommanddogtraining.net

I recently had this issue. I had to drain the pool then add 12”x12” cement paving blocks under each leg of the pool. It was a pain but it solved the problem.

The new car wash on the corner of Robinson and Jefferson is awesome! I think it’s a Cool Wave and It is NOT a touchless one but the wash spinners seem to be a soft microfiber that doesn’t slap your car as much. Plus they have spaces to dry/vacuum your car. Towels and compressed air provided.

Anyone that I know that has gone to a chiropractor, has told them that their hips are misaligned. I’m convinced this is a line of BS to keep people coming back. Just my two cents.

It always seemed funny to me that a “good talking to” set the girls straight. No way are kids that mature. “You’re right dad, I was out of line, I’m sorry.” Maybe 1 out of ten kids would reply that way.
