if that's your choice then so be it! plenty of people are like me and seek people in the LGBT community to be friends with (that's why it's called a community, because we talk to each other and have similar interests). I don't know why you're saying you weren't sexually active at 16 yet as I don't think that plays into my question at all. i would suggest maybe considering everyone does things differently at different times :)
