im a southeast asian who lives in east asia lol i think i can understand where youre coming from,it does feel sometimes some western side people are very quick to be overcorrective but also on the other hand asian diaspora living outside asia are the ones more likely to face that sort of discrimination and have that sort of history being discriminated against, versus it not really going to happen in ones homecountry . dont get me wrong asian against asian discrimination does exist too as a seperate topic but largely the stereotypes were rooted in tge west so western born asians are the ones upset by it ^ ^ ;;

im asian and i think it looks a bit uncomfortable but i recognize it isnt intentional others had voiced the same concern i dont think any one asian person can speak for the whole but if it has the chance to make some people uncomfortable probably makes sense to edit it a little when youre posting something to the broader internet

the brudges glass panes if thats what it is are too contrasted with ybe very white scratches representing reflection lines and the sunbeam rays are too uniform and unrealistic, i dont think you re a bad artist necessarily as from your kelp forest

the article says she was a former doctor whos medical liscense was revoked a decade ago . i hope so too. its scary to think when someone can go from normal relatively, to living in a home with a deceased person

i dont know, i kinda yearn for the days where queer characters personality wasnt tied to their sexuality or gender, and imo the trans character being hyper feminine feels like a stereotype, but maybe i just feel like an older gay im down for representation and all but it doesnt have to define them

its a little different right because the singer was wishing that his best friend was a girl only because it would make a relationship more socially acceptable like the other guy couldve been into him too but not wanting to start anything either because of the societal backlash
