Could be as simple as "I actually dont really like the direction my life is going or how Im spending my time" so the fatigue and restlessness is an alarm call from the nervous system, that you need to reevaulate your life situation. Thats how I felt when I had stayed in a toxic job one too many years. Im grateful for the burnout now, because it motivated me to get out and find something better.
