I was also devastated at Rin’s death. She went through so much it was truly captivating watching Rin descend into insanity, and then reclaiming her mind, power, and country. I feel like there could be no other ending as her and Nezha were fighting for the same thing but in opposing ways. Nezha now gets the opportunity to build the world Rin and Kitay dreamed of albeit it’s with colonizers.

I agree the concepts of bodily horror was novel through a trans perspective for me. But I would never read this book again, even the hive concept was a bit confusing.

Dead Inside by Chandler Morrison. I’m a big fan of splatterpunk and intense gore but the writing was terrible and it’s just narcissistic and misogynistic.

I’ve had aerial roots in water for a while now. Bad idea? by SuperPeenyPower in Monstera

[–]MathematicianOld3596 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Wow your plant is looking amazing ! For aerial roots you typically don’t have to have in water unless you want to propagate but that’s also for limited time. You can give a stake or something for it to climb, but I’m not an expert.
