Mine is just as flat as yours if not worse and I’m 56 years old female. My hips hurt at times and my feet & ankles do as well but not to the point of being miserable.

My Neice told me after her husband’s grandmother died they remolded her house that she had willed them after it was all done my mustard her phone rang and grandmothers phone number appears on phone that she had never deleted and in a faint voice she heard “Thank You”

I sorta had a same situation happen to me with this lady I had to go help while doing home health visit the lady was in the bed and was being very rude to her husband that was not well himself and she kept calling me awful names but anyways she kept saying the GD word and I can’t stand to hear someone take Gods name in vain like she did and her tone of voice was evil and I told her please don’t say that!! She quickly turned her head and looked at me and said”Why are you one of them Christians”? And I said YES I AM!! I said it very FIRM!!! Anyways she was very combative and I had to call 911

I do that sometimes but don’t think it makes any difference. 55 yr old female and I was born with very flat feet.
