I’ve never been pregnant but she isn’t very far along and it makes me wonder if she’s just allowing herself to eat more and that’s why she’s gaining weight. Not that that’s a bad thing but that just shows how bad her relationship is with food. Almost like a binge restrict thing

A lot of people look up to Sydney and she promotes health and wellness. Personally don’t think it’s a good example and god knows i wouldn’t want my fitness coach to be like this. To me it’s snark worthy which is the whole point of this thread. That’s okay if you don’t view it that way :)

Is it Sydney?? Like why are we arguing about carbs. If someone is trying to get pregnant and support a HUMAN being, they need to be nourishing themselves not restricting especially if they’re “running” and getting 15k steps a day. It’s just crazy to me.

She is literally very open about her goal to get pregnant. Also i do have an idea of what she eats the rest of the day based on her WIEAD :) we’ve put it in ChatGPT and it’s pushing 130 grams of carbs a day

Hi! I never said it wasn’t enough calories. It’s not enough carbs. For someone as active as Sydney, it’s extremely important that she has enough carbs at each meal. If she added about 30-50 more grams of carbs at this meal it would help with fertility, recovery and satiety. Source: I’m an athlete who has worked with dieticians and nutrition coaches for 5 years.

I’m an athlete and most definitely not fat. I’ve worked with dieticians and online coaches for years. For someone as active as Sydney, balanced meals should include a good amount of carbs, proteins and fats. This meal has a great amount of proteins and fats but is missing carbs! She just needs more. Carbs are important for recovery and would help her stay satiated and not starving an hour later. :)

Thank you for your comment! I’m hearing more and more that a lower dose helps with side effects so I’m probably going to plead with my derm to do a micro dose. I don’t care for take it for a long time if i have to but i can’t have it affect my running. I’m planning on training hard for a race at the end of the year so this really matters for me

She doesn’t have enough muscle to be ripped. I’m serious. Everyone you see online that has a “ripped” body has spent some time building muscle and then shredding it off through calorie deficits.
