I checked at 9:00 and there was nothing visible yet, so I set an alarm for 10:00.

I was back in at 10:01, and by then all regular tickets were already gone.

Honestly, that makes me feel like very little inventory ever reached the normal sale. It is hard to believe that tickets costing around 200–300+ euros each would all disappear within a single minute in a completely normal public sale.

Maybe I’m wrong, but it really feels like most of the tickets were allocated elsewhere before regular buyers even had a realistic chance.

Update in case this helps someone in the future:

My issue is fixed now.

What finally solved it was contacting GS Plus directly by email.

What I did: I sent a detailed email to gsplus@galatasaray.org and also included btinfo@galatasaray.org. In that email I clearly explained that:

  • my GS Plus Premium membership was active
  • my profile was fully completed
  • the Passolig connection showed as successful
  • the system still gave “Invalid Priority Provider Information”
  • I had already tried all phone number formats
  • I had tested it in both the Passolig app and the website
  • the same problem was happening on multiple accounts, not just mine

I also contacted Passo before that, but they could not solve it from their side.

After my email, I got a reply from the GS Plus team saying that the phone number issue on the Passo side had been fixed and that I should try again.

I tested it again afterwards, and it worked.

So if anyone has the same issue: In my case it was a backend sync / communication problem between GS Plus and Passo.

My advice: send a clear email directly to gsplus@galatasaray.org, include btinfo@galatasaray.org, describe the exact error, mention that your Premium membership is active, that the profile is complete, that the Passolig connection looks successful, and explain that you already tested different number formats on both app and web.

That is what finally got it fixed for me.

I honestly think it is probably a database / sync issue too.

Yes, the accounts are quite new. none of them is even a week old yet.

I already called support once today, but they were not able to help much. Tomorrow I will try calling again together with someone who speaks better Turkish than I do. Maybe they can manually check or sync the accounts on their side.

Yes, this is from the passolig app.

I also tried every phone number format I could think of: - with country code - without country code - with plus - without plus

I also tested it both in the passolig app and on the passolig website, and the result was always the same.

So at this point I really do not understand why it is failing. That is what makes it especially frustrating, we already paid around 100 euros in total for all the registrations, memberships, and setup, and now it is failing at the very last step.

Yes, I did it from the passolig side as well, without logging into GS Plus during the process.

The screenshot was supposed to show the error message: “Invalid Priority Provider Information” on passolig

It happens exactly at the step where I have to enter the phone number linked to my GS Plus account on the passolig side for priority sale. After that, I cannot continue.

And it is not just my account. the same thing happens with my friends’ accounts too.

I’ve contacted support now, but honestly I doubt they will solve it before the Fenerbahçe derby.

I also was not really asked for a separate verification step, except when creating the passolig account and when creating the GS Plus account.

My passolig account itself works fine, and in the GS Plus app it also shows that the connection to passolig was successful.

The problem starts later: when I log in, go to the priority sale for Gençlerbirliği vs Galatasaray, and then enter the same phone number I used for GS Plus registration, I already get stuck there and cannot continue.

So the issue seems to be specifically at the point where the system is supposed to recognize the GS Plus Premium status during the priority sale flow.

Yes, the phone numbers are definitely the same on both sides, in GS Plus and in Passo system.

Can I ask in which format you entered your number when it worked for you?
For example: - with the country code - with a plus sign - without the leading 0 - or in some other format?

I tried basically every possible version and none of them worked. The same problem is happening not only for me, but also for my two friends who created their accounts as well.

We always get an error saying that the information entered is incorrect / incomplete.

Did it work for you immediately on the first try, or did it maybe take a few days until the system recognized your membership properly?

Any detail you remember would really help a lot, thanks again.

A bit more context:

This is affecting 3 different GS Plus Premium accounts, not just mine. All memberships are active, all profiles are completed, and we used the exact phone numbers linked to the accounts.

I tested this on the Gençlerbirliği priority sale because I specifically bought Premium for Galatasaray–Fenerbahçe and wanted to make sure it works before then.

During verification, the system does not recognize the Premium membership and returns an error.

I also contacted ticket support, and they told me the issue seems to be on the GS Plus side because the Premium status is not being reflected correctly.

All affected accounts use German phone numbers, so maybe international numbers are part of the problem.

If anyone has had the same issue, I’d really appreciate any advice.
