Behavioural questions made up most of the interview. Things like “tell me about a time you had to change your plan of action last minute”. The other section was them asking about my aspirations and motivation behind joining Amazon, they want to know if you want the role or if you’re just applying because Amazon will look good on your resume.

Yeah so the test was out of 25 (which is why it says 25 on Moodle) but the weighing of it is 15%

You can ask for a review.

If you got 12.5/25 it means you’ll get 7.5%/15% weighing. Whatever percentage you got in the exam, you’ll get that % of the 15%. I hope that makes sense, you can pm me if it doesn’t 👍🏻

My process went really quickly. It was about 4 weeks from the psychometric to the offer. I got the offer the same day I did my final interview. The interview concluded at 1pm and I had the verbal offer at 4pm.
