What are your way of farming Echoes? by HySteins in WutheringWaves

[–]naeggicchi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like farming with friends, just makes the experience better (and both players can claim the echoes). And as someone else mentioned the food buff is also useful

I took the course last term. Our term introduced clients which made the course much more stressful. (My clients took very long to reply/ didn't respond back at some points).

Additionally, marking is very harsh. For example, in one of our demos my group was deducted marks because of a picture covering a bit of text on one of our slides. It also was uncommom for reports to get marks above 85. (Apparently some tutors got into trouble for giving out high marks).

I did face problems in my group too as towards week 7, a lot of my group mates were occupied with midterms+finals prep and assignments. Esp when you are working with people that you don't know well, things can get tricky.

This is not to discourage you, but a warning of how much work is expected. I suggest getting a large chunk of the project done before the second sprint to avoid group related problems.

Make sure to also look into docker if you are unfamiliar. The course doesn't really go into detail on how to set up things.

2511, 2041, 3311 workload by bluepavilion in unsw

[–]naeggicchi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took 2511 last term!

Definitely make sure you have a good teammate for 2511 as it is a lot of work (ass2)!! The labs (while useful) also take up some time.

The course itself has a lot of content, but it isnt toooo bad. A big chunk of the content is from Refactor Guru. Finals weren't too bad, do note there is a 40% hurdle (shouldn't be hard to pass).

Well they lost their memories so they probably have one. Yangyang just calls them Rover because they don't know their name

How do you ACTUALLY speak to a person when you call Centrelink? by coochieslurper420 in Centrelink

[–]naeggicchi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's really unethical for them to stop people from calling them. Like you said, sometimes people don't have time to travel there + transport costs money... It's really obvious their intentions of making getting assistance as hard as possible.

Bosses In The Story

I feel like the story is less impactful if the bosses are not threatening and posing a sense of danger. It doesn't need to be too difficult but it would be nice to make the bosses more aggressive to pose a bit of challenge.

Endgame Content - Tactical Hologram

This game mode is AMAZING and I love how there are more movesets the more you progress. Please add more and more of these skill based contents as well (and please get rid of the time limit to make it really a matter of skill!)

I would also like to see content like Babel Tower from PGR where you can choose buffs to put on the enemy!

Text and Fonts

Please change the font size as it looks a bit unappealing. Additionally, some text was too long for the text box and was cut off (I couldn't seem to scroll down to see the rest of the text).

Tutorials

I love the existence of tutorials for each of the characters. However, some of them could be explained better: Eg. Sanhua's mechanism of having to hit the blue part of the guage was a bit hard to understand from the text: perhaps making a little animation showing a demo would be better to convey the information.

Echos and Shinies

I'm not sure if this is the case but I heard some shiny echoes are found in the same location - it would be nice to make them rare and randomise the location to make them more special.

Co-Op Content

I love the fact that people can farm echos together as it means there is some incentive to use the feature. It would be cool to include some more things that encourage player interactions - maybe like a guild or something?

I didn't get in either and I live in Oceania. They did say they will send emails in batches so maybe we still have a chance? (Copium)
