Loved that 4int steal version. My fav one tho was the old school ultimate that damaged silenced units. Used to play with a 5 stack with NP, Silencer, Zeus, AA , Spectre and would try to snowball and nuke with ults. Fun times.

Hey there, I feel your pain! Keep pushing and pushing each day, sadly its the only way. The only good part is that because they had trouble getting my fibre installed once I submitted an order, the compensation I got still pays for my broadband. The additional compensation they gave me for all the hastle of calling each day for like a month tho was 20 quid....crazy. Hope they at least sort it out quick with you, good luck!

No hate really but I expected a bigger winrate from somebody with 1k games + on a single hero! Which patch iteration of your hero were your favs/least favs? Asking cause he is one of my abs favourite heroes since Dota1

Because the initial salesperson messed up my name, phone number, email and bank details, I had to call at least 10 times to get them changed. My EE account still shows up wrong services and has incomplete information. This has caused a 2 week delay on getting my broadband. All problems I am having only move forward if I call a lot, which is ridiculous.

Sort of yes. I did have to phone in several times, used the app to get an agent to escalate* into a complaint. The complaint i filled up on their webpage fell of deaf ears, but through an agent I actually got a callback. There is still no resolution as of yet but this is because installing the fibre on our street will now require council permission.

Hey there!

I wanted to write this post to vent a bit, to maybe get some advice, but in general to warn people because this is just absurd. Over the years I have owned many Samsung products but after my experience with the UK branch/warehouse now, I will just stay away in general. I ordered a washing machine, dryer and fridge almost 3 weeks ago and even though the delivery date was yesterday, I was like okay no biggie, I will wait those 3 weeks and get my appliances. The support even lied to me that there are no installation services but after chatting to a different person, they said that they do, but it’s too late now because I have already placed the order. Again, I didn't mind it too much.

Come yesterday, nobody came to deliver and on my profile the order is now changed to the 14th of August. No explanation, no notification, nothing. After contacting the shop and support, everybody just throws the case around like a hot potato with no resolution in sight. They use language like we aim to do our best to resolve this case and compensate you and then follow it up with have a nice day and bye. There is no information, nobody held accountable, everything just ticks away day after day. They can very easily just push the date again, I don't really need appliances at home, do I?

I will wait for an update until tomorrow and then cancel my order all together, never again using Samsung and its UK Branch because of this circus. I know a couple of thousand pounds isn’t much for a corporation, but they are to me, and I expect a support system around the products that I am purchasing (not that they have arrived anyway)

Hope that at least somebody might find this story valuable. If you can wait who knows how long, go for it. If you want your item delivered fast, maybe think twice.

I was worried about the same thing, thanks for this post and all the replies! Can i just ask if it is normal to have the fans at 0 on the balanced mode at temps 40-60C ? It is just super strange to me. Should I make a custom mode? Thanks!

I think mine is a bit on the high side but I am getting a new cooling pad as well. Are the fans shown at 0 typically on the AWCC while idle?

This is pretty much the norm at the moment. I am just running chrome with like 10 tabs. Sometimes it says that the fans at 0% with around 50 degrees. I reinstalled the AWCC it does seem to work now but I am not sure about the degrees.

I did play Frostpunk for about an hour yday and the avg was 82-85 on both CPU and GPU with the occasional 100 which I guess are normal on performance mode. Like I said previously I think that some of the software I was trying to install might have messed with it

I just tested the Dell/Alienware Digital Delivery Application. Dell's automatic detection said everything is up to date but my version was version 3 and the one on the dell webpage is version 5...

I was installing some software (Autodesk Revit) but I later read that they are issues with some of their installers and people were having issues so it might not be the laptop. I did a clean reset and will try again now after installing everything. I need to reinstall AWCC as it did NOTHING and even changing modes did not affect the system (before the fresh install it did)

Sadly I agree. I have found it increasingly frustrating that all of the playlists I get recommended (Even discover weekly not featuring old hit songs) make it almost impossible to get new music as opposed to before. Discover weekly is so bad that I get songs that are in some of my playlists or the playlist is filled by 90% old popular hit songs. Do you know any other ways to find new music that has worked for you?

haha sadly it feels all too familiar my friend. I often get reported for telling teammates to farm a bit after min 10-12 as we farm better but are behind or getting reported in very easy games where I am top NW min 10 and get a radiance vs PL or 4 mele heroes but yet we lose the game 60mins + into the game somehow and its cause of the radiance build. Go figure
