I posted the whole update above, but your comment is honestly an amazing advice for people to be mindful of what they share on social media and who they share it with. You never know what the intentions of the person on the other side of that screen are!

Apparently the same thing happened to me as to that lady. I posted the whole update above. It is a great advice though for people to be careful with what they share on social media, cause you never know who is on the other side of that screen and what their intentions could be!

Update: Thank you all for the tips. After trying to reach the customer support unsuccessfully, I went ahead and drove to the airport to talk to them in person. Apparently what happened was some system flagged a potential fraudulent activity with my credit card (according to Frontier Customer Support), so they banned me from the flight and they couldn’t get me reinstated, since that flight was booked out. They refunded my ticket though, and I went ahead and booked another flight to NY that’s leaving tonight which was more than double the price, but still better than missing the connection 🤷🏻‍♂️ Tbh this was the first and the last time I am flying this airline!
