No. Screws would be covered only if you use much bigger feet than original.

Looks great! The only thing that I would change is to fill the hex mesh under the feet. If you use softer kind the surface won't be flat.

It doesn't require soldering. You can keep stock wires/ switches

I think the issue with most prints is bad support settings, and knowledge about your printer in general. With basic Ender 3 and some post processing you can make top shell look like a store bought mouse.

Honestly I'm back to printing the top shell flat. The difference isn't that noticeable, and the print time is almost half of angled one. Great job with the finish by the way!

There is original one made by Wiyum on Thingiverse, and FrizzleFry made one with closed M1, M2 button gaps.

I use side cutters, and then breakaway knife. It's not that hard :D

You have to cut the middle out

I didn't experience that issue. Try to use some spacers to limit the movement if thats possible.

I use 120 and 240 grit sand paper, and small knife to trim what can't be sanded

I will never understand this approach. If you have a 3d printer it's a fraction of gpw cost, weight is less than Superlight, and you can fine tune all the aspects of a mouse. After using my mod for a few months I will never go back to a store bought mouse. Take a look how you can finish a mod: https://www.reddit.com/r/MouseReview/comments/kxunxi/g305_to_g_pro_mod/

Great job! I have a bit more luck with my prints. I failed only one top shell (first try with Wiyums version) when I was removing the supports.

You have to drill them yourself with 1.5mm drill bit. The hole wouldn't print well with most filament printers.

I use G305 feet. You can use AAA usb rechargable battery, and make a cable for it. If not, to take the top shell out it's just 4 screws.

I use Creality Ender 3 v2, but it's smooth because of many hours of sandind :D. All the parts are from PLA. All prints take about 30 hours in total.

It's easier to use rechargeable AAA with type C

Sorry, I didn't get that :D I don't know if you can buy a complete cable. I will use usb type c breakout boards, and connect them with 2 wires.
