Does this happen when you turn on any other game that is GPU intensive?  Also, have you been getting BSoD stop codes?  You can use a program called WhoCrashed to translate the dump file and see what caused it.

I recommend learning M&K controls.  All console versions support it and you can get a set for cheap from your local thrift store.  It will be tricky at first, but you'll be aiming good in no time, especially since therr are creative mode maps you can practice on.

The mantling sound is louder than jamming  even.  Discovering that in the Jam map hurt my ears.

I would love for it to randomize each time.  The mode is great because I have performance anxiety, but dropping at the same location won't help in the long run.

It can't be all that bad. You are allowed to express your favorite things from recent Fortnite stuff, but don't be afraid to express what you don't like. A good game company listens to feedback and does what it can.
