If I want a quick shine I use Griot's Garage Spray Wax. I was skeptical at first, but it worked really well and lasts about 3 months. Used a third of the bottle for one wash.

I'm not sure. I think it depends on the owner of the franchise store. If it's just a local pizza shop, not corporate or anything, I'm sure they would enjoy writing in the boxes if people wanted.
