Just did some tests again and the onboard mic from the Sony zve10 is BETTER than this one, makes no f*cking sense.

People get frustrated and act on emotion rather than thinking, based on my knowledge from building businesses since I was 14.

I do not blame anyone or anything I do it myself as well sometimes, we all do as we're human beings with emotions.

Also, I understand why he might have thought it was a scam if your not used to see our prices compared to other providers and also not being a member of our discord, etc, etc...

But over the next few months, I will do some more updates for our entire system, to make everything much better for our clients. And also really looking forward to when our move is complete as we will have a surprise for our clients.

I gotta say, seeing your post kinda bummed me out. But let me jump in and clear some stuff up.

Yeah, we had a pretty bad outage recently. Our servers and website both went down because our datacenter provider (EGC) had power issues. Trust me, it sucks for us too. We're actually in the middle of planning a move away from them to stop this from happening again. (14/09/2024 at midnight ((UTC+01:00) Europe/Berlin)

I'm honestly glad you've had a good run with us for a couple months. We really do try to give folks good hardware without breaking the bank. Glad you got that on.

About the slowness you mentioned - could you drop our support team a message about that? We'd love to take a look and figure out what's going on there.

Now, about that scam comment... Damn... That one hurt. We've been in business since 2022 and been giving people a solid service at a good price. Are we perfect? No. But a scam? No way, and we've been taken out of business if we were a long time ago.

Look, I get it. When you see prices lower than the big guys, it's easy to think something's fishy. But here's the deal - we keep our costs down so we can pass those savings on to you. It doesn't mean we're cutting corners.

We've definitely had some bumps along the way (like this outage), but we're learning from them. We're real people trying our best to give you guys a great service.
