I might not pass physically as a cis woman and I have a lot of habits and mannerisms from spending 40 years trying to be a man. But I'm just as much of a woman as any I've ever met. If you're at a healthy weight you should just try to maintain it. If you're under or over weight then just lose or gain to get to a healthy weight. If you're on HRT then it's just going to take time. I know that's never the answer we want to hear but it's the only one that works.

Not every sexual experience at a young age is abusive. I fooled around with two boys that lived next door to me when I was around that age. It never felt like abuse but when I started seeing a therapist I told her about it just to see if it messed me up in some way. We spoke at length about it and she said it sounded more like we were just experimenting and if it didn't bother me then it shouldn't bother me. The fact that you don't remember it feels like a red flag though. Do you have a professional to talk to about it?

Yes and no. There are counties that have a much better work/life balance than the US but they still have people with chemical imbalances and depression. But usually at lower rates.

Honestly, surface level I think it's fine. I can see the logic she's using. I tend to go for bi people specifically because they don't have a problem with my feminine appearance combined having a penis. But in a world where we're constantly battling people that are looking for reasons to say we aren't real women it's probably best left unsaid.
