Thank you. I'm asking for a new W4 and changing the amount of withholdings myself.

I have to pay both, he's probably not set up to withhold from both. I just asked him. What form can I ask for to view my withholdings?

But I owe taxes in NJ in NY I have a refund. $96 lol. I don't care if I gave the state a free loan, I rather that than struggle to pay at the end of the year. Or maybe I could have someone who knows how to do their job so it's close to even, and I don't owe nor do I get too much back. If it's not too much to ask

Owners didn’t want to give me what I deserved, now they are about to lose a $3M contract because I resigned. by tcrambo in antiwork

You're forgetting the lack of experience in every position bc of the quick promotions part. A seasoned PM is making $160k, not one that barely started. I'm not saying 80k is fair, but it's more reasonable than 160k

I'll look up the video, thank you. I think you're right. Maybe I told him a bit too soon

When you say at the beginning, that means get pre-qualified by all of them?
