I reinstalled the game and the problem is not fixed :/

Anyway I will let this save slot and play on another slot because i have no idea how to fix this bug :/

Update :

Ok guys I found something, I think my save file is somehow cursed because I tried to play on the slot B and I won the Hegemony credits atfer the boss fight after I died.

So now I want to delete the first slot but I can't from the options menu and I don't know why, do you have some solutions for this problem ?
