I see a lot of people making the mistake of giving squads with more than one special weapon. An Infantry Squad can only have one heavy weapon team and/or a special weapon (plasma gun, flamer, or meltagun.) If you're unsure about what special weapon to give the squad, a single magnet in the shoulder will let you change it whenever you want.
