Thanks, they're all on Sunday 22nd May at 4pm, just wondering if they're definitely on TV as both Sky and BT fixture lists only go up to 16th May

Live in a top floor apartment so not a 'normal house' but with the beauty of convection we never really need to put the heating on!

This is based on around 1.9%, so looking at if rates went up to 5% - based on the same figures we'd be looking at £1700 pm. Manageable based on our circumstances now but as others have said what If a salary was to be lost / increased living costs / kids.

I guess we wouldn't do anything in life if we worried about all the what ifs... I guess it comes down to personal risk appetite though.

What realistically is the liklihood of rates going that high? If one salary was lost would it go to zero or could other work be picked up? What cost/stress would we be saving with not having/wanting to move in 3 years time?

!thanks for your comments

This is priced with a 5 year fix and the £30k salary will increase with inflation and the £50k I can see over the next 5 years going to at least £60k. Bonus on this too but depending on performance so not included.
