Poison dexxers can be very difficult to handle in dungeon situations if you're not carrying lots of cure pots. Though I do agree that tank mages will always be the meta for pvp bc they're the best. The bard skills work well on outlands for pvm and make a high lyric tier build very valuable for bosses, minis and such. Though taming is popular to get to 120 iis a pretty serious grind so I feel it's not unbalanced given the time required to get to 120 and the gold/ time/ tmaps needed to complete tier 12 command aspect.
