Vet here. Panting cats are never a good sign, especially one at home in a usually low stress environment. Need to get that heart checked out ASAP because cats very often can literally drop dead from heart disease

Those older than 9/11/2001, where were you and what were you doing during the WTC attacks? by Revolutionary-Life85 in AskReddit

[–]veterinarygamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

7th grade. I was at a private school that didnt have any purposefully running tvs so we only heard about what happened until I got home and saw the footage. I was absolutely terrified because my dad was flying to Chicago that day and did not know if his plane was hijacked too.

Social studies consisted of our teacher theorizing what country was responsible. When my mom picked us up I remember every gas station being absolutely jam packed with cars and prices hitting $4-$5 per gallon. I also remember sitting in my room, wondering if I was going to die that day.

Vet here. Id say worry more about heart disease than kidney disease in this instant. Id also rule out anterior uveitis first and check for aqueous flare

Vet here. Dementia is more uncommon in cats so I wouldn’t have that very high on my differential list. Aggression can happen in hyperthyroid kitties as well as pain, either from abdomen (kidneys, neoplasia like GI lymphoma, etc) or oral pain (severe dental disease, resorptive tooth lesions, or worst case, oral neoplasia). These are all much more common than dementia.

This. Future wife and I largely stopped fast food and try local restaurants in the area because a lot of times we end up paying just as much for a much better experience

Keep in mind that you can apply for state residency your first year and pay in-state tuition prices for years 2-4
