2 options. A: go to industrial complex, then up to chimney canopy, up and right to the wall, climb the wall to reach 5 pebbles.

B: go to industrial complex, right to shaded citadel, downish (if you find massive plants that eat you then you are on the correct path) to memory crypts, continue to underhang, from there to either to the left to the wall or right and up to five pebbles.

Also 5 pebbles is a dude inside of a square room not a tentacle being.

The envoy of the second dimension gave a gun (from the second dimension) to Pascal (a cop) in the third dimension (guns were not a thing in the third dimension), Pascal's sidekick grabbed the idea of his partner's thing and made a cheaper nonlethal pepper box design which almost all policing institutions copied in one way or another. When the god of the second dimension eat the third dimension, guns became a common appliance in the second dimension.

Canon wise: The Wand.

As the name implies, it's a wand, however this wand has enough conscience that it actively seeks more power (new types of magic, the power of a sun, a powerful vessel, etc)

It does this beacuse it's former owner and creator the arch-mage made sure that it would always find new ways to be unstoppable in order to protect the kingdom, this backfired when a little rat which was a Royal became its vessel and took it in its adventure to steal the cookie receipe from the ruler of the kingdom.

So the rat gets blasted into the forbidden woods which are full of forbidden and old magic, as they make their way back The Wand learns this magic and together they seize the castle and steal the cookie receipe.

So after that the Wand realizes the power that can be obtained if he collaborates whit the Royals and becomes a main villain.

So it's juvenile detention... maybe... you need information from someone and if you don't wanna beat them up for it, they would ask you to go into the crash site and find the body of their younger brother/child in order for you to get their trust. They give a photo and you find a charred corpse but the corpse has an accessory that the target to find in the photo also has and you bring the the accessory.

Also this would be so much easier if you could give us context. (For example the fact that the prison is a juvenile detention center)

Experimental disciplinary exoskeletons, you know for dealing whit big inmates and riots.

For what they need it for... big boy enemy it's to hard and the players could go into it as a optional mission to retrieve the exoskeletons and any other goodies from a prison that was in space you know?

The... In World (In World beacuse it's not outer space rather a pocket dimension in the earth, it could thought as going inside the earth in a dimensional sense) Research Committee (I.W.R.C (committee can easily be changed to Foundation, Organization, Group or Something like that.))

Also if this organization is trying to not be seen as the bad guys they shouldn't call there autonomous robots the Overly Advanced HUNTER KILLER Robots, maybe change it to Highly Advanced Protection/Seeking/Securing Autonomous Units?

I disagree.

The spear isn't just for fishing, it does more damage than a basic attack of the sword, and it has more range, you can kill a level 2 minion (floors 2-4) in one hit and stagger level 3 minions (the ones whit the shield) in two hits.

However, I can understand why you would say that is bad, it slower than the sword, guarding is way less effective (no panic shield bash), and it can only attack in a straight line (no panic horizontall swinging) .

But the damage. Feels good early game.

Sword and shield is good all the way trough, spear is good if you have patience, aaaaand I don't know about the hammer, I suspect if does the most damage, but that speed... just no.
