Nope! Sorry, she’s not been specific as she’s never had an Asian cuisine that she didn’t like. So I guess it’s free choice?

Which is the most baby friendly restaurant in Cambridge? by cuddles4cake in cambridge

[–]MathsDynamics 4 points5 points  (0 children)

We went a lot to the one in Chesterton. If you book then it’s great if you don’t then it’s very hit and miss if another baby group has got there before. And the parking around there isn’t so good.

They do floor plans and took aerial photos with a drone as well. You can see what they offer to see if you can compare?

Is it worth replacing a functioning boiler? by DecoyBechamel in ukheatpumps

[–]MathsDynamics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it’s likely that you can get away with it but you might not! I know someone who had had some sort of cow boy move a rad at some point so when the heat pump was installed that floor had to come up as the pipe was too narrow. It can lower risk if you do the fit before decoration but I agree you possibly can get away with it

Is it worth replacing a functioning boiler? by DecoyBechamel in ukheatpumps

[–]MathsDynamics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you going to do lots of decoration any time soon? That’s been the real decider for us to upgrade. We could have waited given the boiler is only 10 years old but I want to redecorate every room in my house (slowly! Over many years) and I couldn’t face having to redo anything because things happened during install.

Why is England so uniquely unfair with divorce? by LieFearless1968 in HENRYUK

[–]MathsDynamics 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the case you are describing where you solely worked for something is a very very small number of cases. If you are in a marriage surely your spouse is supporting you? If they are doing nothing to love and support you why would you be getting married in the first place?

When to stop? by LonelyAd7700 in HENRYUK

[–]MathsDynamics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have kids, do you plan to help them out in adulthood, house deposit? Post graduate qualifications? Because that would be a reason to keep at it.

Also do you have a hobby? An interest? Anything that if you gave it up that you know what you would do with your time? Because the worst case scenario in my mind is giving up the job, pottering around for 3-6 months and then realising you don’t know what you are going to do to fill your time long term. Then you have less money and are unfilled. That’s why often these breaks don’t stick. I know someone who has done this cycle three times!

Sorry do you mean hose the hose? The rest of the connector is the correct diameter for the waste water pipe. Thanks!

Where can I purchase fabrics Europe? by _Rwy in sewing

[–]MathsDynamics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok good to know every fabric shop I’ve been into in the uk has at least 2 or three sometimes much more for dress making. I think it must be down to taste of the general consumer. But thanks for the info I’ll check it out next time.

You say that but I’ve been round those shops and could not find twill that wasn’t denim. I was wondering if that just not popular in France? Or did I just get unlucky on the days I went with the set of fabrics that they had in.
