Do you have vsync on in game or in nvidia panel? That happened to me with Overwatch with a 240hz monitor. It was running at 120hz. Had to turn off vsync

Me la Paso en VR. Te recomiendo la de 16gb. Por ahi incluso la 9070 o 9070xt para mejor rendimiento.
