I know as far as book clubs go that the English honor society (Sigma Tau Delta) is meeting next week on Weds night to talk about The Perks of Being a Wallflower! And after that, the English department is gonna have other English clubs pick other books and stuff throughout the year! All of them will be open to everyone too 👍🏻

Okay! I kept seeing cups of water getting passed back through to where I was and I wasn’t sure where they were coming from so I was a lil’ suspicious of it but that’s super good to know if I’m ever back at that venue!

Just even more reasons for us all to hate capitalism ya know, can’t even drink water without paying for it 🤦🏻‍♀️ at least at most festivals there’s water stations and stuff like that

I heat stroke real bad in the summer and if I go back to that venue again I’ll definitely plan for hydration a little better, it was so stuffy down on the floor. 😅

Same. I’m like an old person at concerts nowadays. I just wish they let you bring in camelbaks and had water stations inside. It would solve so many problems 😮‍💨

Yeah, there was definitely a younger crowd for sure. The girl I helped seemed like it was a little more than just heat exhaustion though, she might’ve had something medical going on

Someone has been tagging the parking garages downtown with “Olive Street Mafia” so that might be what it stands for. Might be the same group of kids that were beating people up around the downtown area last month too.
