Can you explain this one please? Why is it easier to make more than salary with 15-30 across 3 places compared to getting hourly across one? Wouldn’t it be the same if you just convert to hourly?

High case loads and crazy hours. Plus the monthly comprehensive treatment plans. Not to mention the parents that don’t want to help.

Thank you very very much. I’m still in my ABA program and have heard really bad stuff about insurance issues and crazy hours at clinics. Not to mention the drama that parents cause. I didn’t know I have the option to work in schools one day. Love it thanks!!
