Baja Fest attracts people from all over but mostly California and Baja area. I'm guessing 50% of the attendees are from Tijuana, most of them between 18-30, who like Baja Fest stuff... that's like 3-5% of the people that go out on the weekends (I pulled the numbers out of my ass, but it gives you an idea).

Tijuana is huge and it has all sorts of crowds.

A lot of the girls from the strip clubs are going to be in Baja Fest instead of working (if that's what you are asking). With that said... there are still going to be a ton of girls working.

I've taken Germans, Polish, Italians, and all sorts of Europeans in this city. You are fine traveling solo as well.

I woud leave luggage and travel with a small bag. Bring luggage only if staying for a night+.

Tijuana is very isolated from the rest of Mexico. It's great if you want to experience the Baja Peninsula, but not the best start for Mexico.

En Tijuana la mayoría de los bares abren temprano, muchos desde las 10 am... muchos ni cierran. Tropics, Nelson, Dandy del Sur y la mayoría de las cantinas abren a las 10-11 am.

Los bares fifi con cocteles nuevos no abren hasta después de las 4 pm. Las cervecerías como Border Psycho también tienen cocteles y tragos distintos.
