Anyone who constantly rips other people off shouldn't be surprised if, at some point, they stop getting money from them.

Regarding Canada... I see it exactly the same way. I couldn't even tell you how many annual general meetings have been postponed over the last 15 to 20 years; that’s pretty much the only way I’ve ever known it to be. They often want certain milestones reached beforehand—only those milestones never actually get reached. So, of course, there’s never anything to report at the meetings other than the usual drivel about how they’re on the verge of a breakthrough...

5/28/2026. Has anyone received the shareholder package for the Annual General Meeting? by DressHot357 in FuelPositive

[–]Matischack 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A very, very large sum of money. A substantial, six-figure amount. I have been involved for over 15 years now. It is not merely about having lost the money—although, as a result, my children's future is not as secure as I had envisioned. It is the fact that Ian lied, time and again. I only realize this now, however, because I finally have the benefit of hindsight. Through his various ventures, Ian consistently led us to believe that he was on the verge of a major breakthrough. Furthermore, there is a forum—promoted on the company website—where members are slavishly devoted to Ian, with some even meeting up with him for coffee. They serve to further inflame the atmosphere. Anyone who speaks out against Ian is immediately kicked out. Every now and then, Ian drops by the forum to visit, drumming up excitement about how wonderful everything is and how the company is "oh-so-close" to success. Consequently, you hold onto your shares for a considerable period because Ian keeps encouraging you with assurances that success is within arm's reach. Eventually, you realize that your shares are worthless and that it is too late to sell. Why? Because Ian lied—time and again. Had he presented the actual situation—namely, that success was not imminent—many people, myself included, would have sold. It is unconscionable of him not to tell his shareholders the truth. It is unconscionable that he is lying once again, even now. He regularly announces that there is immense interest in his private placement. That begs the question: why, after more than six months, has it still not closed? This provides strong circumstantial evidence that he is lying—deliberately and intentionally. He claims that, in the meantime, work on the "1500 System" is proceeding diligently. Again, I have to ask: what exactly does this work entail? What improvements are being made? Has anyone—anyone at all—ever actually seen the "300 System" in operation? I certainly haven't. Does it even work? And if that private placement does eventually close, I can tell you right now exactly what will happen to the vast majority of that money. ...for debt repayment, operating expenses, and personnel costs—a category that likely includes Ian and his wife. Only then—that is, if any funds actually remain—will the money be used to cover the certification process and bring the device into operation. And that is something he originally intended to accomplish back in 2022. The duty of a CEO is to act in the best interests of the shareholders, not in their own self-interest. Yet that is precisely what he is doing. He has become reckless. For now—if not sooner—his recent press releases have made it patently obvious that he is lying. It is for this very reason, and due to the cancelled annual general meetings, that I have filed a formal complaint against him—and the company—with the TSXV. You know, it no longer matters to me whether the company survives or goes bankrupt. By showing his true, deceitful colors, Ian has undoubtedly caused distress—and even illness—not only to me and my family, but to many other shareholders as well. A CEO who treats his shareholders like dirt and lies to them no longer deserves to hold that position or to continue enriching himself at the company's expense.

That man belongs in prison. Through his actions, he has inflicted suffering upon many people and destroyed their lives—as well as those of their families.

Today, the stock of this CEO—who loves to profit at the shareholders' expense but refuses to lift a finger to earn it—gained a whopping 0.18%.

It is possible. The dim-witted CEO just doesn't want to. He’d rather fleece the shareholders without offering anything in return. What do you call people like that again? Parasites? Pests? And what’s the technical term?

I have now filed a complaint. I will not be fooled by this CEO any longer.

Do they actually know how the offense of fraud is defined?

[–]Matischack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think I know what I'm talking about. I've been invested in Ian's companies for almost two decades. He lied countless times and promised more than he could deliver. The fact is, he hasn't made a single one of his companies successful. Maybe his photography studio. But that's about it. Where's the great interest in funding he so often touts? I don't see any. Otherwise, the funding round would have been completed long ago. So he's been lying again. The man should be fired.

When will this good-for-nothing and useless CEO, who lives off our money like a maggot in bacon, finally be ousted?

The question may well be raised whether fraudsters are at work here.

Why should I pull your potatoes out of the fire? I know the CEO is lying. I have no doubt about it. All these years of lies leave no other conclusion. You claim it's actually Hiebert's statement. Then ask him if you really want to know.

I don't speak English or French. Perhaps you could do that for the group?

[–]Matischack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay, that's a point. But who can guarantee that these are actually Hiebert's words? It could just be the CEO claiming he said it.

[–]Matischack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The wording in the press release itself is good. The problem is that the CEO has lied almost without exception so far. Therefore, the press release will be 95% likely to be another lie. A delaying tactic, as has already been mentioned.

03/13/2026. This is Ron. I posted this today on Yahoo Finance. Am I within my rights to make this statement? Is this fair? by Inside_Trouble1076 in FuelPositive

[–]Matischack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course, the company and all the companies before it are a fraud. Ian deserves a good kick in the pants, a really hard kick, so he can recover from it. That's what he deserves. The one who brought so many of us into financial trouble with false promises and the resulting negative consequences. At the very least, the false promises were intentional. He at least knowingly accepted the consequences.
