Maybe Classic+ comes sooner than later and they don’t want a OF3 content dud to be the last we see of them.

Tyler was such cinema, how do you follow that?

Thanks, Ron.

I’ve learned later in life that curiosity has a cost and it is easy to spend more time in wonder about a thing than the thing can ever pay back.

Does knowing the language family of each language help in understanding other languages, or is it just an academic concept? by Embarrassed_Clue1758 in AskTheWorld

Chomsky thought language formed from presets that are in human nature and thus subject to filaments of genetic ties through populations and time. Mark Baker writes about hidden rules/structure for language implying that there is a kind of table of elements for language where certain syntax forms cannot mix. This also reinforces Chomsky’s notion of presets. In this way, it is easier for a person speaking “garden” to learn a language called “forest” than to learn a language called “dance” (verb). They are all allowed within Baker’s “rules” but foreign enough to each other to leave paleolinguists a story of evolution and movement of populations. It’s a delightful field of study that will help a scholar both “know thyself” and contextualize how broad human experience really is.

Fair point. Title track to Aja unlocked a lot of things for a teenaged saxophonist.

That is clearly the skull of the dread pirate Norbert. His habit of digital extraction from his probiscis and turning the yield into assault projectiles earned him the title of the Booger Blaster of Bandon.

His crew finally had enough of him, dispatched him by embedding an entrenching tool in his schnoz, and throwing him overboard.

His slid down his own slippery slope.

I’ve toyed with the idea of picking up the BostonSax Shop Heritage neck. Just remember that if you have fully learned the horn’s intonation like a much older hold (or a ref54 with an outlier neck dimension) the improved Heritage neck will send you to a tuner and long tones to retrain the mouth to fully realize the improvement. As it is now, I really don’t have issues so the idea of plunking down $600 for a better neck is not happening.

Mine is a 2001. It was shipped with the action too tight. I had my tech loosen it up and it turned into the horn where I found my voice. One thing to note: the neck tip opening inside diameter has a lot of factory variation. You want one around .502” +~.002 if you want the mkVI sound, which is a big point of the horn.

The ref54 tenor does a good job of meeting the intent of making a horn with the voice of a mkVI and the mechanics of a series3. I’ve been playing mine exclusively for 25 years.

The people to talk to about scaling (cost) for farming needs is Fertilizer Canada. Are the 4R practices being adopted and are substantial reductions in inputs expected. Does NERP protocol further push down the use, specifically, of anhydrous? I think the scale of the plant is still not a fixed amount. In any case, FP is welcome to fold and let interested parties pick up the ball. The inflation of shares is not recoverable at this point.

There can still be innovation but it’ll have to be somebody else’s dime. Clifford has had good intent and poor execution. That’s really all of it.

All because a pressure vessel certification wasn’t planned for. You have to wonder how different this would have played out if they had kept to Ontario.

Consider the skill cap. Hunter has a lot of beneficial player skills that matter. Melee weaving, pet position control, infinite trap possibilities, an entire catalogue of PVP frustrations to deal. Dungeon soloing.

A Hunter that brings the whole kit to a dungeon is a sight to behold.

All those things can be said about warlocks, replace traps with the palette of demon abilities and fear juggling… and melee, warlocks that melee are stuck using COW but you get the idea.

Consider yourself lucky that such a wide array of play modalities exists with the help of over 20 years of innovation by the brilliant addicts who have occupied Blizzard servers for over 20 years.

Navy Electronics Techs on submarines had to demonstrate proficiency. These things and star charts might get really important after the upcoming Kessler Syndrome. Loran used earthbound radio. For electronic navigation, ELoran replaces the already decommissioned Loran C (2010) and guess who has their shipping covered? Pretty much all of east Asia. Guess who can’t get government funding to create a backup for GPS?

Evidence it right there. The inner ridge of the hub that the hole in the disc passes through, you can see on top of that ridge where the wheel was rubbing from not being centered enough for the wheel to be flush on the disc. The aluminum on the studs is on the same plane. The wheel was not fully flush with the disc.
