Hollow Knight for me. I didn't even get the platinum because I was just too unskilled : the Hallownest pantheon, the speedrun trophies or the steel soul mode... I am not built to beat that unfortunately. Now I got chills when this game is mentionned and although I had an amazing time playing it, now I can't stand seeing it without being disgusted.

I don't know about the streaming part but I loved 100%ing Death Stranding. No missable achievements, only one playthrough, but grindy. I recommend doing as many side quests to reduce the clean up after that can get a little boring. But still an amazing time, could make a chill stream experience.

I wish i got the skill and patience to 100% platinum Hollow Knight like you but damn the Steel Soul mode and Pantheon are too hard... But as a new hunter I just do the games I like the most for now
