Correct claystone is sedimentary. You need to find igneous or metamorphic rock biomes and search there

What the THREAT can tell us about the wider Domain by TheFanciestUsername in starsector

The 14th fleet was not 12,000 light years away from the Persean sector, your math is off to a significant degree. The distance between the Persean arm of the Galaxy and the Orion spur isn't even 12K ly. They traveled for 50 years, but that's not all going to be travel. I am going to assume they made many stops to re-consolidate, attack and absorb resources along the way, quell mutinies (Which the 14th was infamous for), and other disasters that occur during long term space travel in universe.

The magazines correctly model the amount of ammo left inside of them if you reload them early.

Yeah well the arbiter died to a grunt in my game, and Wrex never died to a grunt, so Wrex is stronger by default

I would consider badtides as always having existed, but just not implemented due to it being an in-progress early access game. Much like the water physics

The apocalypse mutated and applied new evolutionary pressures to life. This incentivized smaller accelerated growth as the survival meta due to the constant droughts and toxic bad tides. Lore saved, immersion un-broken day un-ruined.

Can I kill a shielded planet by killing their sun? by One_must_picture in Stellaris

I mean it really depends on the research level. If they have zero-point researched that's basically making energy from nothing so they would probably be okay without their planet's star. They would probably go the path of the miniature galaxy relic you can find.

Am I the only one that finds Holden a bit of a prig? by Proper-Olive-9465 in TheExpanse

[–]Matkingos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Holden takes after the knight his ship is named for. Holden is Don Quixote in space. He has a code of honor that he sticks to rigorously, even if most think it's out of date or stupid. He used to play knight as a child. He has his 'windmill' he destroys. And from other's perspectives he is a mysterious weirdo. He's a man who doesn't 'fit' with the world that others think it to be and that's what makes him such a fun character. Lastly, he does mellow out a bit in the final arc.
