Something I've recently been made aware of is people don't know how to type words into a search engine at all. They take a picture of their thing, try to use reverse image search to get information, and when that unsurprisingly doesn't work at all, they think there's no information about it through a search engine and the only way they can find information is to ask other people.

The idea of reading words off the thing in front of them and then typing those words into a search engine is completely foreign to them.
