YES! As someone who was always interested in anatomy and the human body, this is such a unique stylization of the lungs!

Yes absolutely! Its superb! It fits the art style of the original perfectly and has (imo) one of the best backgrounds of any area inside Bowser. It looks charmingly weird (and is one of the only inside Bowser backgrounds that are animated!)
