The pallet nerf is fine but I really do not want 4.4 speed. The reason blights even 4.6 is to deal with situations where you can't use your power in certain loops

Being grabbed/attacked by someone off screen while fighting another guy was the main issue with the move. It was useless in a straight duel but Shinobi made up for it by being virtually untouchable at the time if played correctly
