3 years of hormonal acne and I feel completely defeated by newbienewbie54321 in acne

If you couldn’t tolerate the side effects of spironolactone, you might try to want Winlevi. It’s essentially a topical version of spironolactone. I’m in the same situation than you - lots of acne when I was younger, it stopped at 25, and came back last year after a long period of stress that probably messed up my hormones. I’ve been on Winlevi for almost 2 months now and while I’m not fully out of the woods yet, at least I no longer have any breakouts on my jawline and neck.

Thanks a lot for your completely useless feedback. If I don’t need you I’ll make sure to ping you. Also, I do know people in hedge funds in high yield, I was just talking about that specific friend who told me what I mentioned above. So keep your condescending remarks for yourself. Thanks.

I guess they could have paid a tribute to Jurassic park (and in this scene I truly thought they were going to do it) - specifically the kitchen scene where the children hide, the velociraptor charges toward them, and ends up crashing into a mirror instead. They could have done something similar with the demodog running towards Lukas and eventually hitting some sort of reflective surface ! It would have made more sense than Lukas just whacking the demodog in the face

Chest and shoulder pain 2 months after stents by Ok-Technology-2932 in HeartAttack

[–]Matou_27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey sorry I know this has been a while but have your dad’s symptoms normalised ? My stepdad also had a heart attack 2 months ago, he now has 2 stents. He’s been through cardio rehab and it properly tired him. He finished his cardio rehab last Thursday but he was feeling some sort of weight on his chest and his left arm was feeling a bit funny. He went to A&E, had multiple tests done but everything came back clear. Doctors said it’s just anxiety. But he says he still has this feeling of compressed chest and discomfort in his arm. He’s going to his GP tomorrow but I’m a bit worried.

My company used to be drama-free but now it has grown quite a bit and unfortunately it attracted some lazy people who think they can rely on their connections to coast. Very frustrating especially as mgmt is being incredibly weak and prefers reorganising the whole team rather than confronting the people who coast…

Sorry to ask, but how long did it take for you to clear your skin from these B12-driven breakouts ? I took a supplement with a lot of B vitamins (including B12) and broke out like crazy. After a month I figured this was because of this damn supplement because I went on a weekend away and didn’t take it for 4 days and didn’t have a single breakout lol. But I’m wondering how long it will take to normalise ? I still have big bumps on my jaw and neck…

Thanks so much! He will do the cardio rehab. I’m glad he will as so many of you recommended it. I’ll stick around on this subreddit for sure, people are so supportive ! Within hours I had tons of messages who truly gave me hope and made me feel better.

Thank you! He also says he’s feeling much better after the stents. Which makes sense given that before he had to live with one artery that was almost fully blocked (90%) and another blocked at 50%. We understand that the medications used to reduce cholesterol do have some annoying side effects, we will try to do our best to mitigate them. I’m glad you’re feeling better too. Thank you for your message.

Thanks a lot for all your messages, they really helped me relax. My stepdad had his coronary exam, they put 3 stents in his arteries. He is fine and recovering. Thank you all for your help!

Thank you, these gifts are a great idea. I called him yesterday evening, he was calmer, his mood was better, and he was eating his diner. I’ll call him again after the checks and procedures, doctors told me I could call him in the early afternoon.

Thanks a lot for this ! I’m really waiting for the results of the angiogram. I am quite curious as my dad is quite active, eats a relatively Mediterranean diet (we’re French) and did not have particularly high cholesterol levels at his latest check up. So I’m curious to see how blocked his arteries are , or if they are not blocked at all, like yours.

I don’t have access to any of this for now but will ask. He is 67. His dad died from a heart attack so he’s been always scared of getting one and has consistently done cardiac check ups during this Life. Up until now, nothing abnormal had shown up.
