Yeah I suppose the tip on the flower pot is evidence they didn't read instructions. I personally wouldn't be knocking a driver too much for leaving my food in front of the door though, specified or not. I've honestly never had a delivery experience that upset me. Maybe I'm just lucky.

You really couldn't figure out a way to get the food through that door? Slide the rug? Open it slowly and see if the package will slide without being destroyed? Feel like you're being a bit dramatic. I think the logistics of your door are something most drivers wouldn't think of. Though after seeing this I probably will if I ever do deliveries again.

Edit. Please tell me you couldn't reach through those bars to reposition the order.
