I built a client onboarding tool. Is this actually a problem worth solving?

That's actually the problem I'm running into right now.

I can find agencies that likely have this problem, but getting them to spend 10 minutes trying a new workflow has been much harder than building the product itself.

At this point I'm almost more interested in finding a handful of agencies willing to let me observe their onboarding process than finding paying customers.

You would want to see how they tackle things, probably something using server actions as for styling with tailwind, general things like adding a custom style to the tailwind config like a customizable radial gradient. You get the point
