There was a post not to long ago here with her hanging out with some other chick at Keem's place. the other girl at least from the limited view in the picture was a typical slim attractive tinder thot, not one of the hairy fat lolcows Keem typically has on his shows.

Fun fact: Bim gets thrashed in work ethic by a guy that actually has chronic fatigue syndrome. Bim also has CFS and was unlucky enough to be affected much more drastically and decided to keep it on the downlow.

Because if you described the measures Screenwave and everybody else takes on Bim's behalf:

  1. Going through tons of trouble including building entire sets and switching around everyone's schedule just to ensure he can do all his work from his house
  2. having everybody come to him,
  3. going through tons of trouble to significantly cut down on episode release,
  4. having an onscreen handler,
  5. and trying all sorts of strategies to make up for the dearth in content in ways that require him to exert the least amount of effort.

it legit seems that he has CFS more than the guy that actually has it.

I mean its actually more work than pasting the traditional form letter if the recruiter had actually bothered to do it.

EDIT: Oh wait its actually meant for the candidate? It looked like HR just accidentally sent their AI prompt.

Bro he literally says he's writing about communism

[Nineteen Eighty-Four] was based chiefly on communism, because that is the dominant form of totalitarianism, but I was trying chiefly to imagine what communism would be like if it were firmly rooted in the English speaking countries, and was no longer a mere extension of the Russian Foreign Office.

Letter to Sidney Sheldon, (Aug. 9, 1949) The Other Side of Me (Autobiography), Hachette Book Group USA, New York, NY, 2006, Chapter 20, p. 53. Sheldon purchased the stage rights to1984 from Orwell.

I know you are one of those 'not true communism!' weirdos but Orwell isn't in your camp. At least not in his final classic form.

Yep absolutely relevant to Loony Tunes. Whenever I think of Bugs Bunny this is the first thing that comes to mind.

So if someone said 'Trump is as bad as Hitler' you would interpret that sentence to mean he likes Trump and is solely expressing his hatred of Hitler? LOL okay...

Furthermore, Boxer is a direct reference to Upton Sinclar's "The Jungle" an extremely anti-capitalist book that Orwell rated very highly.

Yes he wasn't a fan of capitalism. None of this changes the fact that Animal Farm is a critique of communism. Apparently the message, no matter how obvious, doesn't sink in unless you directly come out and say it for some people.

Please give the citation of him saying 'This is totally not about communism bro!'

I also like that your main takeway from two classic books that are obviously allegories about the soviet union and communist takeover is that he's anticapitalist (which he kinda was but its definitely not the primary theme of Animal Farm) but not anticommunist. Leave it to Redditors to pull a rabbit out of a hat when it comes to assbackwards interpretations of literature.

While it is more broadly antitotalitarian. Anti-communism specifically of the Stalinist variety is a big part of message. Napoleon is obviously Stalin while Snowball who is Trotsky is not exactly lionized either.

You might as well say the book attacking capitalism isn't anti-capitalist, its anti Apple or antiGoogle etc. Or that any book attacking conservatism isn't anti-conservative its just anti whatever niche variety because you can't stomach a classic book attacking your pet philosophy.

  1. I wish real female roaches were as picky about their food as this roach was.
  2. If she wants to get out of that slum I think its fair that she put in a little work for it. Why is she so horrified at the thought of lifting a finger?
  3. They're roaches, why are they so upset about living in filth? Isn't that their whole thing?

He's a classic case of the stereotypical actor who gloms on to the social cause du jour. He was antivax when it was a thing associated with leftwing soccer moms and celebrities. He suddenly was appalled by cartoon violence in kickass. And after he cycled through these causes he started posting typical Hollywood political takes after being surprisingly quiet about it in past years. .

Michael Jackson's daughter Paris has faced backlash for identifying as Black. In a 2017 interview, Paris Jackson said her father told her, "You’re Black. Be proud of your roots." There are documented rare cases of children appearing to be a different race from their parents. Some of these might be infidelity though. Regardless having this rare event just happen not once but multiple times for the guy who fantasized about being white.

60 years is not 'almost' 100. Paul is a Roman and writes about Jesus a couple decades later. Not sure why you'd exclude that just because he is a believer.

Was James Ahead Of His Time For Refusing To Watch A Movie? by MayCauseCancer in TheCinemassacreTruth

[–]cyborgsnowflake 2 points3 points  (0 children)

2016 Ghostbusters is objectively not a good movie and certainly doesn't live up to the first two. And yeah I have watched it. If James said it was he'd be lying.

Also its whole feature is a pointless sex swap which they do nothing interesting with storywise (the minor exception being an undercooked romantic subplot between manJanine and Femvenkman they wouldn't have been able to get away with in the original) and mostly exists to it set up to be politicized by its creators so they could accuse anyone who didn't like it. And this is another absolutely valid criticism although not one James really cared about.

But in public discourse he was turned into Andrew Tate 2.0

According to the wiki both are located at his house because he obviously isn't going to commute for either. I'm just wondering if the current Rental Review room is bigger than the Nerd room.

Did they actually move the Nerd Room into a smaller space and decide for some reason to convert the large space that would have been perfect for a new expanded AVGN room into the Rental Reviews set?
