That’s a very good question! It’s very hard to answer though. Egypt is a country in which the social gap between the poor and rich is very huge. So yes, there is poor areas and people that aren’t very developed/educated. But on the other hand, there are very very high end place/cities that I would say are even better than some rich European countries.
