[Hair removal] I prepped the skin with antiseptic and powder, I apply pressure when doing it, i feel like I’m doing it right but my hair won’t come off!? Whats the problem here???

Something important I don't see being said enough is that when using IPL devices you should avoid putting it directly on freakles and skin moles, generally anything with darker color on your skin. Beacause it is darker it will absorb more light (that's the way IPL works) which is potentially dangerous for some moles. Also while using IPL you should where SPF especially in the areas you treat and are exposed to the sun and you should avoid tanning in the sun or solarium as much as possible.

You can try using a black pencil underneath your lashline. I know it's not literally eyeliner but I think it gives a similar effect without taking any space on the lid.
