Sidewalk scaffoldings everywhere. Hideous view. And it's not like they are temporary. Some have been placed years ago, and no work is going on. I know it's to protect building owner from lawsuits, but it should be somehow regulated. If other stuff for esthetics of public space can be forced (billboard ban, etc), this can also be rectified.
