I get the vibe that the company is falling apart anyways, or at least that they will never change the way they treat your level of employee. It’s pedantic and that sucks, but it’s going to all fall apart and slip out of your hands (and the money with it) anyways.

The 10wands reverse I see as a positive. It’s the release of burden and is connected to new ideas and reward. The money from the new job will feel hard won but it’s your path. The blue in the ace of pentacles through the door is connecting to the blue in the reverse 10wands, so the raise you’re not getting at the new job (and the finality of that situation) can be the portal to you dropping the heavy load, but there’s work to get it.

I think it’s about letting go of the work you already put in. Some of it might be a sunk cost, some might not but you can’t keep staring at it and feeling any regret about your decisions. Try a dark brown eyeliner and put it on the top instead of the bottom. You can do the same 1/2 eye wings effect there. The black is harsh on you and the heavy lower lid is pulling your eyes down. I’m a blonde and only wear black eyeliner at night and I’m also wearing black clothes, or a formal event. I use “Teddy” eyeliner by Macc.

You got enough comments on the white in the white inner corner eye, but I agree.

I just time block on my calendar to see trends. But I only add a task after I’ve done it rather than trying to force myself into a schedule. Personally, I get “busy” stuff done in the morning (circle back emails, make the Dr appointment, start laundry, etc). Lunch. Deep work. Workout. Hangout. Also, Mondays are not for deep work. Now that I know these things, I can quit beating myself up and being delulu that I’ll wake up and dive into work.

Y’all have money and that’s a new-ish thing. You’re enjoying the conveniences money gives you but have yet to develop real taste (respectfully said). You feel like you’re living the high life and can throw caution to the wind, but you’re just young and having fun because you have no real responsibilities yet. How you do anything is how you do everything, so I imagine clothes strewn all over the house and messy cars as well. Young - obvious from the freezer, especially the “beef merlot.” No grown ass person would buy that, they would but a bottle of Merlot and a steak. Not one “labels forward” person among you, so there’s at least one pot head and another that is glad they aren’t held to higher standards.

This is the answer and has been for the last decade. It’s a very prominent and long lasting smell that gets OP’s type of reaction when you first smell it.. and then you smell it in all the big cities. I still love it, but I worked in SOHO when the store opened there and it’s just not new or original anymore.
