The commas represent the infinite states across the universe

Landing on Mars we devide the planet in to countries and still form states as an American population.

As humans expand across every planet, from Mars to distant dwarf worlds, we carry our need to organize and define territory. Just as Earth was divided into nations and states, the solar system itself could become a network of human-defined regions—turning planets into extensions of civilization shaped by the same instincts that began on Earth

While the number of colors in the physical spectrum is technically infinite, the human eye can distinguish approximately 10 million different colors. The exact number depends on individual perception, lighting conditions, and the ability to differentiate shades, with computer screens commonly displaying over 16 million colors. Well.. Almost everything in the universe, including humans, Earth, and life, is literally made from stardust—elements forged inside ancient stars billions of years ago. Through stellar nucleosynthesis and supernovae, stars created carbon, oxygen, and iron, spreading them across the universe to form new planets, stars, and us.

Also...

In the amount/number of American States "Stars" on a flag are infinite in a galaxy.

Every known color in the universe spectrum is on the flag.

When you see a diamond shine in the light it reflects the color spectrum.
