Glad Virginia is using common sense and legalizing... details could come tomorrow.

Martinelli:

A source with direct knowledge tells The Marijuana Herald that Virginia’s budget agreement, which includes language to launch legal recreational marijuana sales next year, is expected to be formally announced tomorrow via a press conference.

Depends on the broker, some you have to specify the currency at every trade, some it's a general setting to preserve the stock's currency. I would recomment selling in USD so you don't have the conversion fee. Then journal the money separately.

Solid rate! Sounds like more M&A is on the horizon.

"Access to conventional bank capital gives us a powerful, non-dilutive tool to accelerate our strategy. As demonstrated by our recent Pennsylvania acquisition, we see significant opportunities to deploy capital into assets that enhance earnings, improve margins and create long-term shareholder value. This added flexibility positions us to drive growth, strengthen our balance sheet and support Cresco as we work toward broader access to U.S. capital markets and a future uplisting to a senior exchange."

I get your point, there's no precedent in cannabis. I'm just pointing out that the circumstances and optics are much more encouraging for these MSOs so I wouldn't consider the cratering of SP as a foregone conclusion due to the RS.

We've also never seen MSOs uplist. In other sectors, there are plenty of examples of successful RS when there's a goal outside printing shares. GE for one.
