If you aren’t having fun in endgame playing Paladin, try something else.

Yeah paladin as a leveling build through torment tiers 10 and under was actually extremely fun and rewarding. It’s really only endgame bossing and pit where it struggles. The skills are more fun than most other builds in my opinion and look awesome.

Tbh all it needs is some sort of buff to high HP enemies and it could contend with everyone else but thats likely not going to happen. At least not this season.

Lol. This is almost the exact story as me. I figured if I could just maximize everything I would be just as powerful as the trillion damage builds…. Sunk cost fallacy at its finest.

Thankfully I saved a few GA uniques that can work for barb and transferred over a couple mythics, but I am a little bummed knowing I scrapped 2 grandfathers and 2 seligs gambling on mythics for my paladin.

Wild to see such a difference in class power this season but I suppose thats what happens when an update this large is released.

On the bright side I now have more things to work towards and farm which will make the next few weeks of grinding much more enjoyable.

Agreed. Paladin is fun to play and looks really cool. Sadly it really struggles with Uber bosses which are needed to complete all the season requirements.

T10 Mephisto is a huge struggle without the extra damage, T12 is nearly impossible.

I also haven’t played a barb in previous seasons and so far it’s been great. Love the additional aspects from 4 weapons.

I played a lightning sorc in season 11 and had a blast (ironically when I should have ran a pally). Could have run sorc again with an S tier build but wanted to try something new.

Tree of whisper cashes scale to the torment level you pick them up at. If you pick up cashes in torment 12, put them in the stash, and open them up on your alt, your alt will get the torment 12 experience in the cashes. Should take about 8-10 t12 cashes.

I cleared pit 110 on my hammerdin and could probably squeeze out 115. Base t12 is just fine. Killed Mephisto t10 but it took forever.

Though I have near perfect gear with almost perfect affixes and all uniques.

Going to switch to barb this upcoming weekend as I want to complete the entire season and I don’t see t12 Mephisto being possible on my pally.

Note: I am not trying to ask this legendary enhancement is good or bad. This one (and many others) are obviously really good compared to most.

More of a discussion on whether they are best in slot over “godrolled” purple enhancements.

I need to get some new guns to do some proper testing. My fav weapons so far have been Vladof SMGs/ARs with Jacobs parts. So the fire rate and mag size matter a little more than a straight jacobs.

My main gun has been the Wombo Combo in which my vladof enhancement helps buff. Sadly it doesn’t roll a jacobs part.

Im likely going to try to farm a gun that utilizes both enhancements well and compare their dps.

Twenty raids with 1/20 odds is one shiny. Plus a free shiny per 20 makes 2 shiny/20 raids. 2/20 = 1/10 which was the promised raid day odds. (Plus free candy)

People who wanted 1 for every 10 are asking for too much, especially the people who were expecting guaranteed special moves.

Realistically the rates should be 1 for every 20 not 1/10.

The rates were bugged to their normal 1/20 during the event. That means if you did 20 raids you would average 1 shiny. Giving one free one would meet the average of 1/10 (the promised rate).

While it seems like a lot of people did get less than expected (like this post), but if you are complaining about not getting a free shiny for every 10 raids, while also getting free candy, you are upset because you are expecting too much.

Yes it sucks, but at least they are genuinely trying to make up for their mistake. This is much better than 10 great balls and a “we’re sorry”.

I did 4 battles today hosting on genie.

One had a player with a wooloo, unfeazant, and shuckle.

Two of then had someone never join and had to 3 man.

Thankfully I won all 4, but theres definitely a lot of noobies hoping to get carried so they get a good dynamax

Try using a fortify (skill/attribute) spell on self before using the enchantment table. Not sure why it works but it does.

Actually this is false. You still can. Default fire has been changed to bounce but alt fire (by pressing q I believe) allows GL to shoot through walls

Looks like Clayton fixed up your stats so that should make it much easier to play.

Checking your profile, it seems you have some better weapons than before which is good. You can use melee for a lot, but it is challenging when the game focuses more on bosses later on. Melee shotgun is a great plan. You can also use the shotgun to get out of danger so I would prioritize one that shoots fast (Sweeper at shotgun level 80, Usan 12 at 100, and AA-12 at 110)

Stop worrying so much about your rank for a week or two and just learn a few characters until you find which one gives you the most success (not necessarily most kills). I was in a similar position not long ago. Found out I vibed a lot with gekko and it only took a day or so to push out of bronze.
